In the kitchen, we’ve got chefs from Mexico, Ukraine, France, England, Ireland, Türkiye, and Romania. Each one brings a distinct background, a unique set of skills, and a personal connection to food that adds something magical to every dish. The result? A kitchen buzzing with ideas and flavour, where no two days—or dishes—are ever the same.
