In the kitchen, we’ve got chefs from Mexico, Ukraine, France, England, Ireland, Türkiye, and Romania. Each one brings a distinct background, a unique set of skills, and a personal connection to food that adds something magical to every dish. The result? A kitchen buzzing with ideas and flavour, where no two days—or dishes—are ever the same.
And it doesn’t stop there.
Our front-of-house team is just as full of character. With roots in France, Bolivia, Brazil and the Caribbean, they bring a special kind of hospitality to the room. It’s warm, it’s elegant, and it’s effortlessly charming, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a little slice of Paris.
